We customize our pricing to fit the unique needs of your business. Some businesses need several licenses, some need just a few. Some licenses, especially for new businesses, are very complex and some are much easier. We know the requirements for city, county and state licensing (and if we don't , we will find out for you.)

Our general pricing structure is to require half of our fees for start-up business services upfront and all of the fees that we will pay out to obtain your licenses. The remaining half of our fee for service is due at the end of the licensing process.

New Business Liquor Licensing

Liquor licensing can be a complex process, requiring new owners to meet multiple requirements. Our fees to obtain a new license range from 1500-2500, depending on the city, county and state of operation.

Startup Business Licensing

We will determine which licenses you need and which ones you don't and obtain them for you so your business can open on time. Our fees range from 1000-2500, depending on where your new business is located.

License Renewal Services

Our fee to keep your licenses current depends on where your business is located and the complexity of renewing your licenses. Our services range from 300-700 per year.

Managing Officer Services

In Missouri, there are legal requirements for obtaining a liquor license. Some business owners will need representation in the process to meet these requirements. Our fee for this service starts at 600 annually.
